    Affiliate Program Terms

    Last Updated: July 13, 2026

    1. Program Overview

    These terms govern participation in the Professional AI Assistants Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to the Program and accepting these terms, you agree to promote our AI phone receptionist services in exchange for the commissions described below. Your participation forms an independent-contractor relationship between you and Professional AI Assistants. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments or representations on our behalf beyond the marketing materials we provide.

    2. Commissions

    You earn a commission of 20% of each subscription payment made by customers you refer directly (Tier 1). These commissions are recurring: you continue to earn on every payment for the life of the referred customer's subscription. Tier 2: you earn 10% of each subscription payment made by customers referred by affiliates you personally recruited.

    Commission rates are configurable and may change. Any change to commission rates will be announced with at least 30 days' notice to the email address on your account, and rate changes are never applied retroactively to commissions you have already earned.

    3. Tracking & Attribution

    Each affiliate receives a referral link containing a unique code. When a visitor clicks your link, we set an attribution cookie (currently 30 days; the duration may be adjusted with notice). For a sale to be credited to you, the referral must be attributable to your code at the time the customer signs up. If the cookie has expired or been cleared, or the customer signs up through a path we cannot attribute, no commission is due. In the event of any dispute about attribution, our tracking records are the system of record and our determination is final.

    4. Payouts

    Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle. A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout; balances below the threshold roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached. Payouts are made via PayPal, or an alternative method we have approved in writing. Commissions become payable 30 days after the underlying customer payment — a commission on a payment that is still within its 30-day settlement and dispute window is accrued but not yet payable.

    5. Clawbacks & Reversals

    Commissions earned on customer payments that are subsequently refunded, charged back, disputed and lost, or determined to be fraudulent are reversed. If a reversed commission has already been paid out to you, the reversed amount will be offset against your future earnings until it is fully recovered.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    The following conduct is prohibited in connection with the Program:

    • Self-referral — signing up for our services through your own referral link, or referring accounts you own or control;
    • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technique that sets attribution without a genuine, intentional click on your link;
    • Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or any messaging that violates applicable anti-spam laws;
    • Bidding on "Professional AI Assistants" or confusingly similar trademarks in paid search advertising;
    • Misleading claims about potential earnings, our product's capabilities, or pricing;
    • Incentivized signups (rewards, rebates, or payments to sign up) without clear disclosure to us and to the customer.

    Violations of this section forfeit all unpaid commissions and result in termination of your affiliate account.

    7. FTC Disclosure Requirements

    You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Professional AI Assistants wherever you share your referral links — for example, "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." This disclosure is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 CFR Part 255. The disclosure must appear close to the link or endorsement itself, not buried in a footer or a separate page. Failure to disclose is a violation of these terms.

    8. Taxes

    Affiliates based in the United States must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before their first payout. We issue Form 1099-NEC where legally required. As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on your affiliate earnings, including income and self-employment taxes where applicable.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated without a violation of these terms, all validly earned commissions above the payout threshold will be paid on the next regular payout cycle. If your account is terminated for fraud or prohibited conduct, all unpaid commissions are forfeited.

    10. Changes & Contact

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with notice to the email address on your account, and your continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
